Ampogee makes work matter
Ampogee grew from an idea that organizations thrive when their people believe their work matters. We have experienced the power of this first hand, and it is our mission to build a platform that delivers this image for manufacturers everywhere.
Ampogee was co-founded in 2016 by Brian Lopatka and Jonathan Woahn when the two were collaborating on a project. They realized they had uncovered a solution that could help the manufacturing industry as a whole optimize their workforce. They formed the company under the original name “Catalant” and changed it to Ampogee at the end of 2016. New name, same great mission.
Our values shape us as a company, as well as the impact we instill with our customers.
We value positive people who believe in applying lessons learned from yesterday to solving the problems of tomorrow
We see problems as opportunities and relentlessly strive to make the impossible possible
Providing people with the right data empowers them to autonomously make intelligent decisions, and captures the best of our collective wisdom.
Never stagnate on the status quo – there are always new lessons to learn, new problems to solve, and new lives to enrich.
Trust + Empowerment
Teams reach their highest potential when the members have complete confidence in each other, and can act decisively knowing leadership will support their decisions.
Focus on Strengths
Unique skills and talents are to be magnified. Doing so yields the greatest outcome for both individuals and organizations.
Leaders exist solely to ensure the success of their teams. They support individual goals, provide opportunities for growth, and remove barriers to progress.
Embolden and empower employees with the understanding that they can make educated decisions that make a difference.
