Amp has a double meaning for us. Not only is AMP a shortened version of “amplify”, but it’s also an acronym that contains three of the critical elements of our mission – Autonomy, Mastery, and Purpose.

Apogee

In rocketry, the Apogee is the highest point that rocket attains. Combined, the two tell our story of helping organizations to amplify the height of their performance, by engaging individuals in their work through Autonomy, Mastery and Purpose.

We used to be called “Catalant” – learn more about why we made the switch, how we chose the name “Ampogee”, and what it means to us.
